I am a psychiatrist with subspecialty training in integrative medicine. My office is located within the HOLISTIC COUNSELING CENTER in El Dorado Hills, California, 30 minutes east of Sacramento. I see clients both in-office and via telehealth. I provide psychiatric consultation and medication management services to adults 18 and over.  I practice a heart-centered, collaborative and integrative approach to mental health.  My belief is that the mind and body are deeply intertwined and that the brain is capable of change.  My goal is to empower patients toward their own healing through self-awareness and lifestyle changes. I prescribe conventional medications and support evidence-based alternative therapies as part of a complete treatment regimen.​
