Services & Fees
In order to maintain a small practice so that I can devote greater individual attention to my clients, I have not contracted with private insurance carriers and have opted out of medicare. If you have a PPO plan which covers out-of-network providers, I can provide you with a superbill which you may be able to submit for partial or full reimbursement. Contact your plan for details about eligible expenses.
I accept payment by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. I am not able to process credit card payments.
Initial Comprehesive Consultation (60-90 minutes) - $500
Prior to this visit you will fill out a series of screening questionnaires regarding your symptoms and diet/lifestyle. The session will be devoted to listening to your story and reviewing your medications/supplements, past psychiatric history and medical history.
Together we will design a personalized treatment plan which may include:
prescription psychiatric medications (this may involve safely tapering your existing medications or initiating a short-term course of medication to provide symptom relief, with the ultimate goal of either discontinuing the medication or safely reducing the dosage to the lowest effective level).
lab testing (typically covered by your insurance)
lifestyle, nutrition and evidence-based supplement strategies
optimizing your gut health and metabolic health
exploring the mind/body connection
guidance toward greater self-awareness
referral to other providers if needed such as a therapist, nutritionist, mind-body practitioner or other medical specialist.
Follow-up Appointment (30-45minutes) - $250
These visits may include medication management, psychotherapy, and/or lifestyle modification. If I am prescribing medications for you, I initially require monthly follow-up visits to monitor your progress until medication adjustments are no longer needed. If you are doing well, visits may be spaced out to a minimum of once every six months. If I prescribe a controlled substance, such as a stimulant or benzodiazepine, I require a minimum of one visit every three months. (These are general guidelines and more frequent visits may be necessary based on your individual circumstances).
If I am not prescribing any medications for you, then you may follow up with me as needed for consultation.
